Brad Peech, President & Chief Executive Officer
Brad has over 30 years experience in the equity and debt capital markets covering a wide range of companies both public and private, from micro-caps to large capitalization companies in a variety of different industries. For 5 years, Brad worked at an independent investment dealer in Toronto in corporate finance and institutional sales. Prior, Brad was Vice President of Corporate Development with a publicly-listed data communications company with operations in Canada and the United States. Reporting to the President and CEO, Brad was responsible for providing strategic advice and corporate finance, investor and public relations, managing the overall treasury and assisted in raising capital in Canada and the United States. Prior, Brad worked for six years in investment banking at CIBC World Markets, a leading North American investment bank based in Toronto, Canada. Brad specialized in providing financial and advisory services to financial institutions involved with wealth management, consumer and commercial finance, insurance and brokerages. Prior, Brad was with TD Bank’s discount brokerage subsidiary and Citibank Canada, Investment Products Operations. Brad obtained his Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1992.
